The application of essential oils is not only an olfactory treat for the senses; it also helps fight free radicals, which are toxic elements that accelerate the ageing of your skin.
Natural and pure, essential oils play an important role in keeping the skin from drying out and ageing. Geranium has anti-infection and healing properties, carrot seed strengthens the resistance of the epidermis against strong solar radiation, rosewood is recommended for skin problems, myrrh tree has invigorating and healing powers, and – last but not least – vetiver disinfects and is a skin toner.
As for the vegetable oils, wheat germ (very high in vitamin E) is a powerful natural antioxidant, jojoba oil is extremely soothing and very easily penetrates the skin, tamanu oil provides healing properties for damaged skin and additionally acts as a skin protector.
The aromatic, anti-wrinkle face oil smoothes out lines and delays the formation of crow's feet, efficiently fighting all the signs of ageing. |
