Satisfied or reimbursed

Anastore offers a "complete satisfaction or your money back" guarantee in the following cases:

The products received are in poor condition or does not conform with what you ordered:

You must notify us as soon as you receive your order using the claim form below, or by phone (see the contact us section).

If your claim is accepted, we will arrange for your products to be collected from your home free of charge using our private courier service. We will also send you replacement products immediately via express delivery.

The products received are not as expected:

You have the right to return these purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.

Countries within the EU: We will arrange for your products to be collected from your home free of charge using our private courier service. You can also get a refund or credit note for the products once the goods are received.

Non-EU countries: In case of client withdrawal, the client will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. He shall send back the goods or hand them over to Anastore 126 ter Avenue Général Leclerc, BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, 92100, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the client communicates his withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if the client sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately: consult our transport policy, costs calculated for each country and according to the weight of the order.
