Description: Precursor TSH
Selenium contributes to the normal thyroid function.
The importance of thyroid hormone balance is often overlooked, but the thyroid gland is essential to a healthy body. It has an impact on optimum muscle mass to body fat ratio.
Thyroid maintenance promotes weight loss by reviving a sluggish metabolism.
TSH Precursor also helps reduce fatigue and is recommended for cardiovascular, digestive, psychological, muscular and joint disorders.
Our TSH Precursor formula is scientifically formulated to optimise the thyroid’s functions and cellular processes.
Our thyroid hormone precursor facilitates the production of key hormones for improving wellbeing and physical, psychological and emotional balance.
Precursor TSH: Detailed information
The thyroid gland plays a key role in cellular metabolism and the overall functioning of the body, particularly the ratio of lean muscle mass to body fat. The thyroid hormones produced by this essential gland depend largely on a trace element: iodine.
The body’s health is linked to thyroid activity. The thyroid gland secretes hormones called T3 (triiodothyronine) and T4 (thyroxine), and the amount of these two hormones it produces is of key importance; a good balance between these two hormone variations is essential. If the thyroid is working too slowly it leads to hypothyroidism, while an overactive thyroid will lead to hyperthyroidism. These two disorders cause symptoms that can be severe, such as iodine deficiency, enzyme problems, autoimmune disorders or diseases.
Cases of hypothyroidism are common, although few people are aware of them. They lead to a slowing of the metabolism. Fats accumulate and fatigue sets in. Hyperthyroidism is also a common health problem which often leads to cardiovascular, digestive, psychological, muscular or joint problems.
Our natural formula contains a careful balance of active principles that respect the body’s balance and the thyroid’s functions (selenium, zinc, L-tyrosine, plant extracts: Commiphora mukul (guggul), Sophora japonica,...). Our new formula also contains more L-tyrosine, an amino acid involved in the synthesis of the T3 and T4 hormones.
Containing plants which harmonise thyroid hormone secretion, this product is based on sound scientific research and helps maintain optimal balance in the body’s hormonal system.
