The world’s most prestigious mills!
To get the best from our high-quality POWDER organic spices, Anastore is offering a mill made by the Peugeot Saveurs brand.
The Fidji mill, made from stainless steel and olive wood, has natural, elegant lines.
As expert crafters of iconic pieces seen in the best kitchens, Peugeot Saveurs creates elegant mills, focusing on technical advances and meticulous manufacture, 100% Made in France.
Replace your pepper shaker with a mill and enhance your recipes, preserving the full aroma of our fresh seasonings!
A good mill is a must for every chef, whether they are an amateur or a professional.
Pepper releases its full aroma when it is ground, releasing organic substances more rapidly. Use the Peugeot mill with our POWDER range of high-quality, additive-free 100% organic spices. As well as controlling the quantity used, our mill avoids generating so much plastic waste (commercial packaging).
Our mill model is equipped with a double row of helix-shaped teeth that capture and hold the peppercorns, to provide fine and even milling.
It comes in an ideal 15 cm size and hermetically conserves a reasonable quantity of peppercorns inside, protecting them from humidity or losing their aroma.
Its design combines the longevity of stainless steel and the strength of natural olive wood, whose natural grain makes each piece a unique object.
Our mills benefit from the patented Peugeot Mechanism, a guarantee of durable systems of exceptional quality.
We recommend grinding the pepper onto your hand or onto a plate, rather than directly onto a recipe, to prevent the peppercorns getting stuck to the sides.
The mill’s mechanism should be cleaned each time the contents are changed. To do this, empty its contents and grind a little salt, which will remove the remaining pepper.
