Developed by a team of elite athletes and nutritionists, the MAX DEFINITION with raspberry is especially indicated for athletes and physically active people who want to increase their muscle mass.
Our whey protein concentrate is of the highest quality and has 80% purity: to obtain this protein, the whey (lactoserum) is separated from the milk. From this whey, through a process of ultrafiltration, the protein concentrate that is later obtained is dried by spray drying.
Our MAX DEFINITION with raspberry provides 14.65 g of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) per 100 g of product. Supplementation of these amino acids promotes protein synthesis in muscle and helps to avoid muscle damage associated with intense, prolonged exercise.
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are prebiotic fibres that increase feelings of fullness and can help to help reduce appetite in slimming diets.

Protein consumption has numerous benefits for the body: it increases muscle protein synthesis, supplies energy during physical activity, provides amino acids needed for muscle building and precursors for the synthesis of hormones and other important compounds for exercise (1).
Our MAX DEFINITION with raspberry formula contains whey protein concentrate, raspberry juice powder, fructooligosaccharides and natural aroma with stevia, a natural sweetener that gives a pleasant taste without adding calories. This protein shake is designed for athletes who want to increase their muscle mass, build strength and improve recovery after exercise without denying themselves the delicious taste of raspberry.
Whey protein contains the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, which promote protein synthesis in muscle (2) and reduce the rate of protein degradation (3). It has been found that consuming leucine together with other amino acids or proteins promotes increased muscle mass and resistance, more so than consuming leucine alone (4). It has also been discovered that consuming whey protein immediately before or after exercise increases protein synthesis rates (5).
As well as whey protein concentrate, our MAX DEFINITION contains raspberry juice powder. Raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) has great antioxidant capacity, which can help to fight against oxidative damage and aid muscle recovery. Raspberry is also rich in phenolic compounds (anthocyanins, ellagitannins, ellagic acid, etc.), fibre and vitamin C. It also contains vitamin E, organic acids, magnesium, iron and phosphorus (6).
Finally, our MAX DEFINITION is rich in fibre, since it contains fructooligosaccharides (FOS). Fibre consumption is associated with increased satiety (7) and therefore with weight control.
Fructooligosaccharides are prebiotics: non-digestible carbohydrates that act as a food source of probiotics*. As well as stimulating the growth of non-pathogenic intestinal flora, FOS improve mineral absorption and lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels (8).
