Description: SILIMAX
SILIMAX is combination of plant extracts (birch, horsetail and dandelion) with diuretic and detoxifying properties which help to improve joint health and digestive properties. It is a product designed especially for athletes, since it provides minerals and helps to counteract the loss of electrolytes (due to the diuretic action of SILIMAX). It therefore helps to avoid unpleasant muscular cramps.
The action of birch and horsetail give SILIMAX its diuretic properties. Birch (Betula pendula Roth) is a natural detoxifying agent and aids the excretory function of the kidneys1, while horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aids the body’s excretory functions1. Importantly, SILIMAX counteracts the loss of electrolytes thanks to its mineral content: potassium salts (birch and dandelion (Taraxacum campylodes G.E.Haglund)) and silica (horsetail)2.
Its birch and horsetail extracts are what enable it to improve joint health. Birch has traditionally been used to improve the well-being of the joints and help to increase their mobility and suppleness3. Meanwhile, in combination with other plants, horsetail has properties that help to reduce joint inflammation4.
Finally, SILIMAX has digestive properties, thanks to its birch and dandelion extracts. Birch promotes the activity of the intestinal tract, liver and kidney, as well as promoting detoxifying processes and aiding digestion5. Dandelion also contributes to gastrointestinal well-being, because it stimulates digestion6.

DIRECTIONS:
4 capsules a day, 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the midday with half a glass of water, at mealtimes.
