EPO (Erythropoietin), oxygen hormone

Secreted by small cells in the kidneys, erythropoietin provides a sensation of general well being. It increases physical endurance and breathing capacities and allows people to recover more quickly after physical exertion.
In order to optimise your EPO rate, you should eat sufficient vegetables and fruit and avoid too much meat, which can overburden your kidneys. You should make sure you drink enough still water. You can also take some iron supplements over a limited period, together with vitamin B12.
