Quality warranty

The quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the raw materials; innovative design; testing and packaging that adheres to pharmaceutical industry requirements; the safety of the ingredients and active principle content. By monitoring all of these aspects, Anastore.com, guarantees its customers the very best quality.

As a retailer of dietary supplements for human consumption, quality is one of Anastore.com's most important commitments. We hold certifications that guarantee our product's compliance with the highest quality standards.

Anastore.com operates a quality assurance system. This system means that all Anastore.com's activities must be performed and recorded in accordance with the strictest European regulations.

Since the majority of Anastore.com's products retail in the dietary supplement and nutrition market, we also apply a critical control point system (HACCP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) to our production, storage and distribution. This guarantees the compliance and safety of consumer products.

From the purchase of raw materials (with standardised active principles) to their introduction onto the market, Anastore.com's team monitors the quality of all its processes and products, ensuring traceability and safety.

Anastore.com also has an R&D department whose aim is to continually develop new products in accordance with strict scientific rigour, in accordance with EU laws and in response to our customer's needs.

The raw materials

We have always ensured the traceability of the raw materials we use, which are sourced from all five continents. Through collaboration with our specialist partners and experts in pharmacology, chemistry, phytotherapy, aromatherapy, diet and nutrition, we are able to source only the best active ingredients on the market, prioritising effectiveness over cost.

Creating the products

We are always up to date with the latest scientific developments and research. When a scientific trend emerges, we study what eminent specialists in that field are saying about it. If there is a significant convergence of opinions among the experts about the benefits of a particular active ingredient and its safety can be fully guaranteed, the Anastore.com team then decide to launch research into active principle content, dosage, packaging and retail.

Testing and Safety

The companies we work with for transporting and packaging raw materials are leaders in their field. They carry out their own quality testing of the active principles at independent laboratories. Following these tests, Anastore.com then conducts its own analysis of the finished product at independent laboratories.

The container must ensure that the active principles remain fully effective for the period indicated on the packaging. However, for an extra level of certainty, we undertake further testing at independent laboratories after the product has been packaged. If, in exceptional cases, a product is found to contain the slightest defect, the whole batch is removed. Such occurrences are extremely rare, as the packaging process is carried out by companies that adhere to the pharmaceutical industry's stringent requirements.

The safety of the active principles is guaranteed at the doses indicated in the information on our website and on the product's labels and containers. However, Anastore.com systematically withdraws any risk products. The testing certificates issued by independent laboratories validate the exact content of the products, along with extract purity and shelf life, as shown in the FLOWCHART in figure a).

Dosage, strength and dry extract: the guarantee of the best products

Not only do we source active ingredients whose efficacy has been recognised by scientists, we also indicate the precise active principle content of our products. This is crucial, since the effectiveness of a product is due primarily to its active principle content, which we believe buyers should always be informed about.

For herbal medicine products, fully powdered plant extracts are known to be less effective than dry extracts, which are obviously purer. Providing essential information such as mg dosage per tablet, active principle content, fully powdered or dry plant extract in a transparent way shows customers that we offer the most competitive products on the market in terms of price-quality ratio.
