WHAT ARE ANASTORE POINTS?

Anastore points are our way of saying thank you for your loyalty. Simply put, every time you shop at Anastore, you will earn points with every order placed. These points can be redeemed as a discount on your next order, or you can save up your points to pay for an entire order later on once you have enough points.

ANASTORE MEMBERS

When a user registers as a customer on the Anastore website, they are automatically added to our database and can therefore earn points.

HOW TO GET ANASTORE POINTS

It’s so simple! For every €1 spend at Anastore (excluding shipping costs), you will earn 1 point. The more you buy, the more points you earn!

To do this, you must register as a customer with a valid account to place your order. Points are automatically calculated and added to your account. Points are calculated on the basis of the total order amount, not including shipping costs.

HOW MUCH ARE THE POINTS WORTH?

In order to reward our best customers as fair as possible, the value of points increases according to the number of orders placed in the last 365 days.

This way, if you usually place from 0 to 2 orders per year, your points are worth 0.06 € and your level is Privilege. The higher your number of orders, the higher the value of your points and therefore the higher your discounts.

  • PRIVILEGE: 0.06 € / point (0 to 2 orders in the last 365 days - Minimum accumulated amount: 0€)
  • GOLD: 0.07 € / point (3 to 5 orders in the last 365 days - Minimum accumulated amount: 90€)
  • PLATINUM: 0.08 € / point (6 to 9 orders in the last 365 days - Minimum accumulated amount: 180€)
  • ELITE: 0.10 € / point (more than 10 orders in the last 365 days - Minimum accumulated amount: 300€)

WHERE CAN I SEE MY POINTS BALANCE?

In the ‘Your Account’ section you will see a link on the left of the page entitled ‘Your loyalty points’. Here you can check your points balance and see exactly how each point has been spent and earned.

HOW LONG ARE THE POINTS VALID FOR?

The points are valid for 1 year (365 days). Any points earned but not used within this period expire and are withdrawn from your account.

I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER BUT MY POINTS BALANCE HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED, IS THAT NORMAL?

When you pay for your order, your points balance will be frozen for a certain period of time, depending on the payment method you chose, until the payment is verified. Points received from the order and any points spent may take some time to be updated, until the payment is verified or cancelled.

I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS TO THE POINTS EARNED FROM THIS ORDER?

In the event of a refund or return of an order that does not involve the use of points, the cost of the order will be refunded and the corresponding points will be removed from your points balance.

I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER BUT I’VE ALREADY USED SOME OF THE POINTS I EARNED FROM IT, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

In the event of a refund or return of an order that does involve the use of points from another order, the cost of the order will be refunded less the amount corresponding to the points used in the other order.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON HOW THE POINTS ARE USED?

Points cannot be used to pay for shipping costs.

Points cannot be used by distributors or affiliates, since they have access to other benefits.

Minimum value to generate the discount: 1.00€

At Anastore, points are earned on the basis of transactions carried out in good faith. Anastore reserves the right to retain points and/or store credit in cases where it believes the spirit of this agreement has not been respected.

Store credit has no monetary value beyond use within the website. Store credit can only be redeemed for future purchases on the website.

Anastore may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, review store points and loyalty credit exchange rates, their validity period, maximum points or other terms of the offer. Anastore will contact all users in the event that such changes are made.

The Anastore loyalty program tries to be as fair and equitable as possible, so that customers who buy regularly and accumulate more orders, consequently, accumulate more value in their loyalty points.

Every 15 July, a customer loyalty level update is carried out, regulating the value of the points earned by the customer.
