Nature offers us multiple compounds that have antioxidant character due to their chemical structure. These antioxidants can be produced directly by our bodies or we can ingest them through our diets. These compounds include quercetin and zinc, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress1.
Quercetin is a molecule that belongs to the flavonoids group and is known for its antioxidant character2. The best source of quercetin comes from the flowers of the Japanese sophora (Sophora japonica L.), and this is the source used in our product, with a minimum guaranteed purity of 95%.
