DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids found in both animal (fatty fish such as anchovies, mackerel etc.) and vegetable products (flax seeds, camelina etc.). This group of fatty acids includes alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and the long chain fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These are important components of cell membranes, where they play an important role in their viscosity1-2.
DHA helps to maintain normal brain function and normal vision3. DHA is the main structural lipid of brain tissue and the central nervous system. DHA is also found in high concentrations in the membrane phospholipids of the brain’s grey matter and the retina4. DHA is therefore essential to normal brain function and helps to maintain the mind’s vitality. This Omega-3 fatty acid plays an important role in cognitive functions (memory, concentration etc.) at all stages of life4.
A daily dose of our product provides 500 mg of DHA from fish oil that has the Qualitysilver® quality seal. It is an oil produced in France under the Omegavie® guarantee, free from salmon (our oil comes from tuna and/or sardines, mackerel and anchovies), pure, highly stable and obtained in a way that respects marine resources. This oil has Friend of the Sea® certification.

Use: Omega-3 - DHA
DIRECTIONS:
2 capsules per day with a glass of water at mealtimes.
WARNINGS:
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
