Description: Trans-Resveratrol

What is Resveratrol?

Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol present in numerous plants and fruits such as blackberries and blueberries. But the highest levels of this compound are actually found in grapes and in red wine.

Over the centuries, different cultures have consumed plant extracts containing resveratrol to relieve discomfort or as a remedy for ailments, because of its powerful antioxidant properties1. But it has been modern scientific research that has shed light on the true benefits of this well-known compound.

Resveratrol is found in nature in two different forms: the cis- form - and the trans- form. The trans- chemical form is more stable. The popularity of resveratrol stems not only from its effectiveness as an antioxidant, but also from its effects on functions at cellular and systemic level, which offer a high number of benefits to the body2.

What is the difference between Resveratrol and Trans-Resveratrol?

Trans-Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant that is easy to assimilate

The main difference between resveratrol and trans-resveratrol is their bioavailability. In studies carried out into these antioxidants2, the trans-form of resveratrol has been found to be much easier to assimilate by the body, making it more effective.

Trans-resveratrol dietary supplements are more effective because they offer a purity of 98% of active compound. Supplements that only indicate that Resveratrol is included do not usually specify the exact percentage of this compound, and the level of efficacy of the product is therefore unknown.

What is Trans-Resveratrol used for?

The essential property of trans-resveratrol is its powerful antioxidant effect on the body. Studies show that resveratrol penetrates cells, helping to mitigate damage to mitochondria2, which are responsible for energy generation and cell performance. This ability of trans-resveratrol to work at cellular level means its benefits can be applied to several of the body’s parts and processes.

Benefits of Trans-Resveratrol

Antioxidant power Anti-ageing effect Cardiovascular health
  • Antioxidant power: protects cells from oxidative damage, preventing the ailments associated with age. Neutralises and decreases the production of free radicals1.
  • Anti-ageing effect: its antioxidant properties promote skin hydration and elasticity, as shown by the latest published studies3.
  • Cardiovascular health: cardioprotective effect, linked to healthy blood pressure4.

The notable antioxidant properties of trans-resveratrol have led to multiple studies and clinical trials into its beneficial effects for the body. Its potential anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective and analgesic1 applications are currently being examined.

Who is Trans-Resveratrol for?

Numerous different circumstances can influence health and well-being. Stress, environmental factors, a sedentary lifestyle and signs of ageing are some of the causes that can alter our body and negatively affect how it functions.

That’s why trans-resveratrol is a perfect choice for helping the human body process external aggressions, thanks to its antioxidant properties. This ‘super antioxidant’ status makes it an ideal dietary supplement for people seeking to reduce the impact of ageing and daily demands on the body.

In addition, our product is trans-resveratrol, the most easily assimilable form of resveratrol – this optimises results by enabling maximum absorption.

Why Anastore’s Trans-Resveratrol?

Trans-Resveratrol with a purity of over 98%

Anastore has developed a product that guarantees at least 150 mg of highly concentrated trans-resveratrol per dose, with a purity greater than 98%. Seeking to offer the best trans-resveratrol dietary supplement on the market, we have opted for Veri-teTM resveratrol obtained through fermentation, which not only guarantees its efficacy, but also that it is free of chemical contaminants such as PAHs*. A guarantee of high product quality.

*Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

To guarantee the quality and stability of resveratrol, pullulan capsules have been used that prevent oxidation of the active ingredient, guaranteeng that the trans-resveratrol capsules are stored in perfect condition until consumption.

How to take Trans-Resveratrol

We recommend taking 1 capsule of trans-resveratrol per day with half a glass of water, preferably in the mornings before breakfast. It comes in bottles of 60 capsules, providing 2 months of treatment.

Each dose provides 150 mg of trans-resveratrol of the highest quality and with very high bioavailability, making it a complete and reliable dietary supplement.

Can Trans-Resveratrol be combined with other dietary supplements?

Anastore’s trans-resveratrol can be combined with other dietary supplements designed to reduce and mitigate the effects of ageing, enhancing its anti-ageing qualities.

One of the best partners for our trans-resveratrol is Pro DNA. Thanks to its synergy of plant extracts and zinc, Pro DNA helps protect cells from oxidative damage and contributes to DNA synthesis, keeping the body protected from external factors5.

We also recommend combining trans-resveratrol and Astragaloside IV and Astragalus Cycloastragenol. The high percentage of polysaccharides in Astragalus strengthens the immune system and boosts physiological resistance to adverse conditions6.
